Jordan Kuwait Bank opened its first Cyber Branch on May 1, 2001 in Sweifiyeh area.
This Cyber Branch with its luxurious decorations and electronic equipments, represents the Bank’s efforts and objectives to become a comprehensive electronic bank providing the most effective, and direct service delivery channels on a 24 hours basis.
The new Cyber Branch contains various electronic equipments such as: touch screens ATM, foreign currency exchange machine that deals with a wide variety of Arabic and foreign currencies, ATM machine with night deposit box and Kiosk units providing on-line access to other electronic facilities (Hot Line, Internet Bank and the Bank’s website).
In addition, the Cyber Branch provides two Internet rooms for customer’s use free of charge, direct connection to the phone bank service and the customer’s service center.
The Cyber Branch is also equipped with large TV screens directly connected to international televisions and news networks, such as Reuters and Showtime broadcasting financial and economic news, stock and bonds quotes and international sports events on a 24 hours basis inside and outside the branch.
