Cyber Branch
JKB opened its first Cyber Branch on the first of May 2001 in Sweifiyyah
area.
This Cyber Branch with its luxurious decorations and electronic equipments
represents the Bank's efforts and objectives to become a comprehensive
electronic bank providing the most effective banking services directly to
the clients on a 24 hours basis.
The new Cyber Branch contains various electronic equipments such as:
touch screens ATM, foreign currency exchange machine that deals with a wide
variety of Arabic and foreign currencies, ATM machine with a cash deposit
box and Kiosk services that enable customers to use all facilities of the
internet (Hot Line, Internet Bank…. etc).
Furthermore, the Cyber Bank provides two Internet rooms for customer's
free use, direct phones to utilize the phone bank service and the customer's
service center which is responsible for answering promptly any inquiries
regarding the services provided through the Cyber Branch.
The Cyber Branch also equipped with large screens directly connected to
international televisions and news networks, such as Reuters and Showtime
broadcasting financial and economic news, stock and bonds quotes and
international sports events on a 24 hours basis inside and outside the
Bank.
