Phone Bank Service from Jordan Kuwait Bank provides on line communication
and direct
access to the customer’s various accounts by phone.
This service is offered Free of charge to all customers upon request.
The Phone Bank Service is available on 24 hours basis and provides the
following facilities/transactions:
- Account balance inquiry.
- Summary of accounts balances inquiry. (Also
provided by fax free of charge)
- Last transactions performed by customer on any
of his accounts.
- Money transfer between your accounts for the
same currency.
- Account statement request.
- Chequebook request.
- Changing the password.
- Current interest rates on Jordanian Dinars and
foreign currencies. (Provided by fax or email free of charge).
- Current exchange rates between Jordanian Dinars
and Foreign Currencies. (Provided by fax free of charge).
- Changing the stored fax number.
- To stop ATM card.
For further information on the phone bank service, please visit any of
our branches in the kingdom or call telephone no. 5694398.You may also apply
to the service through our ATM machines, from Other Services menu and
contact your branch the next day to receive the password envelope. You can
also benefit from the email services such as receiving account statement,
interest prices and currency exchange.
